Browse everything under Recipes, or use Search to look up dishes and ingredients by name.

Reading a recipe

Every recipe has the same three parts. Ingredients lists everything with exact quantities. Tools lists what you need before you start — no surprises at step twelve. Methodis the recipe itself: one action per step, each with its quantity, its tool, and its time or temperature where it matters. The grey note after a step tells you what to look for — “until golden”, “until the oil separates” — so you cook by what you see, not just by the clock.

Ingredients made along the way are tagged with the step that made them (“step 3”) — tap the tag to jump back to that step. Underlined words open a short explainer for that technique, tool, or ingredient.

While you cook

Signed in, every ingredient and step has a checkbox — tick things off as you go and the page keeps your place. The print button gives a clean one-page version of any recipe, with a code that links back to the live page.

Your own recipes

Members on paid plans can add their own recipes: paste the text or upload a photo, and Soupdog restructures it into the same precise format — editable before you save. Your recipes stay private unless you publish them.

Accounts

Sign-in is by email. Recipes are free to read without an account; a free account adds cooking checklists and saved recipes.
