Chia Pudding
Creamy chia seed pudding made with whole milk and maple syrup, sweetened with vanilla extract and served in four portions.
What you’ll doYou will whisk together milk, vanilla and maple syrup, then stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed. After covering the bowl, you will refrigerate the mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the seeds to swell and set. Before serving, you will whisk the set pudding to break up clumps and smooth the texture, then divide it among serving bowls.
