Peel the 4 garlic cloves

Blend the dried chickpea mixture

Transfer the falafel mixture from the food processor into the large bowl

Add salt into the falafel bowl

Cover the falafel mixture with the cling film

Deep-fry the shaped falafel

Drain the fried falafel from the deep heavy bottomed saucepan onto the wire rack
