Fill the kettle with 200 ml of water.
Water · 200 ml
Meanwhile, put the cocoa in the small bowl.
Cocoa powder · 2 tbsp
Add the sugar.
Caster sugar · 2 tbspPour in 4 tablespoons of the boiling water from the kettle and whisk to a smooth paste.
Pour the cold milk into the jug.
Whole milk · 400 ml
Scrape in the chocolate paste and whisk until evenly brown.
Put 4 ice cubes in each of 2 tall glasses.
Ice cube · 8 piece
Top each glass with a scoop of ice cream and serve straight away, with a long spoon.
