Kimchi Fried Rice
A deeply savoury, punchy fried rice built on the tang and heat of kimchi and gochujang, with crispy streaky bacon worked through every bite. Day-old jasmine rice picks up a lightly crisped base in the wok. A fried egg with a runny yolk sits on top, with spring onions, toasted sesame seeds, and nori strips finishing the bowl. Satisfying and unfussy, it works well as a supper for two.
