Pour in the milk.

Spoon in the yoghurt.


Drizzle in the honey.

Add the vanilla.

Stir until everything is well combined.


Stretch a sheet of cling film tightly over the bowl.


Put it in the fridge.


Leave to soak for at least 8 hours, or overnight, until thick and creamy.

Lay the bananas on the chopping board.

Overnight Oats
Overnight oats made with rolled oats, whole milk, honey, and chia seeds, swirled with strawberry jam and vanilla for a no-cook breakfast.
What you’ll doYou will mix oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla in a bowl, cover it tightly and refrigerate for at least eight hours until thickened and creamy. In the morning, you will slice two bananas, divide the soaked oats among four bowls, top each with jam and banana slices, then serve.
