Overnight Oats with Blueberries
Overnight oats made with rolled oats, chia seeds, and yoghurt, topped with blueberries and almonds for texture and natural sweetness from honey.
What you’ll doYou will combine oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, milk, and honey in a jar, stir until everything is well mixed, then seal it and leave it in the refrigerator for at least eight hours. The critical wait is that chilling period, during which the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid and the mixture sets firm. In the morning you roughly chop the almonds, divide the oats between bowls, and finish with blueberries and almonds before serving straight away.
