  1. Halve them around the stone, twist apart and lift out the stones.
  2. Peel off the skin and slice each half into 1 cm crescents.
  3. Divide the rice between 4 deep bowls and press it gently level.
  4. Take the tuna out of the fridge and uncover it.
  5. Arrange the tuna over one side of each bowl.
  6. Fan the avocado alongside.
  7. Tuck the cucumber, carrot, radish and edamame around the bowls.
  8. Scatter the spring onions, nori and sesame over.
  9. Drizzle the sriracha mayo over in a zigzag and serve straight away.
