A simple pasta dish featuring spaghetti tossed in unsalted butter and Parmigiano, finished with a generous sprinkle of black pepper.
What you’ll doYou will bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, cook the spaghetti, then drain it and transfer it directly to a pan of melted butter. The critical moment is the final toss: grated parmesan goes in off the heat and everything is worked together quickly before finishing with black pepper.
