Turkey Meatballs
Italian turkey meatballs with Parmesan and fennel seeds, finished with chopped tomatoes and fresh basil.
What you’ll doYou will prepare a meatball mixture by combining turkey mince with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, herbs and spices, then shape and chill it. While the meatballs firm up, you'll build a tomato sauce by sautéing onion and garlic, then simmering with tinned tomatoes and seasoning. You'll fry the chilled meatballs until golden, transfer them to the sauce, and simmer gently until cooked through.
